The Town of Clarksville is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional assistance by preparing a Preliminary Engineering Report for the adaptive reuse of the former Ginoâs Italian Restaurant located at 322 Virginia Avenue, Clarksville, VA. The PAR/PER will evaluate the physical condition of the building and its potential for conversion into a mixed-use space that includes both residential and commercial units.The project is being financed with Virginia Housing funds.
