RFP 24-25-61 Professional Services to Develop a Park and Recreation Master Plan Deadline: 09/03/2025 @ 3:00pm The City of Visalia is seeking proposals for professional services to develop a Park and Recreation Master Plan, Needs Assessment, and Park Impact Fee Analysis. The purpose of this project is to prepare a comprehensive plan that will guide the acquisition, construction, and maintenance of parks and associated recreation programs for the lifetime of the City's current General Plan.
