CITY OF DOTHAN, ALABAMA

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 26-040

The City of Dothan, Alabama, requests proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional and technical engineering services, RFP #26-040, for improvements to the New Cypress Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (CCWWTP). Engineering and construction services for this project will be funded by a Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Loan and as such shall meet all program requirements. Selection shall be based solely on demonstrated experience, project approach and methodology, availability and qualification of personnel, scope of engineering services available from the firm, and special qualifications. Fee negotiations will be conducted only after the City has selected the highest-ranked, responsible and qualified firm.

Proposals may be received by mail or hand delivered to the office of the Purchasing Agent no later than

June 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., central standard time. Proposals will not be read aloud publicly.
