RFP 24-198 PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT GENERATOR REPLACEMENT PROJECT

Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting/Site Visit

There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting followed by a site visit held on October 28, 2024, at 9:00 am (CST) at the Police Department located at 900 W. Liberty Drive, Wheaton, IL 60187. All attendees shall meet in the main lobby. Proposers shall have the opportunity to inspect the location and seek clarifications of the solicitation. Proposers shall have fully reviewed all solicitation documents and correspondence prior to the pre-proposal meeting. This will be the only site visit offered. Attendance is required at the pre-proposal meeting/site visit for those wishing to submit a proposal. The City will not accept proposals from Vendors that did not attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting and sign the pre-proposal sign in sheet.
