Project Description: The City of South Jordan is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide comprehensive design services for Fire Station 65, a 23,127-square-foot facility. The fire station includes four apparatus bays, dormitories, kitchen, and administrative offices, and will be located at the northeast corner of South Jordan Parkway and Hazel Green Drive within Daybreak Village 13 (approximately 7100 W).
Interested firms shall submit proposals through the City’s online procurement portal, Bonfire.
This solicitation is a qualifications-based selection. Fee proposals are not requested at this time and shall not be included with the submittal. A detailed cost proposal will be requested from the highest-ranked firm(s) following the evaluation process.
The City will utilize a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) delivery method. The CM/GC will be procured separately by the City and engaged early in the design phase. The Architect shall support and participate in the CM/GC selection process as directed by the City.
Architects must attend a mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting at South Jordan City Hall, 2nd floor, 1600 W. Towne Center Drive, South Jordan, Utah, Wednesday April 8, 2026 at 2:00 pm.
Proposals will be received until the closing date and time listed on Bonfire, the State of Utah’s Procurement website. All proposals shall be submitted online at Bonfire.
