Owensboro Municipal Utilities will receive sealed bids until 2:00 P.M. (CST) on August 6, 2025 (prevailing time) at which time bids will be opened and read aloud for the:

RFP #25-08-018 PRODUCTION WELL REPLACEMENTS

Owensboro Municipal Utilities (OMU) is requesting proposals for the furnishing of all material, labor, and equipment necessary for the development and construction of three (3) replacement gravel pack production wells (74, 75, and 76), including abandonment of the existing wells in the project locations (31, 41, and 44), as detailed on the Drawings and specified herein, together with all identified appurtenances, including piping, valves, a control vault, and electrical connections. An alternate price is also requested to install stainless steel casings as opposed to carbon steel for potential proposal evaluation, should funds be made available.
