Description/Background:

The City of Chino Hills ("City") invites your organization to submit a written proposal to provide Unarmed Private Security Services. The successful vendor will be awarded a contract for a five-year period. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is released with the intention of retaining a Vendor that can provide reliable service, quick response times, and outstanding customer service. The successful Vendor must have knowledge, expertise, staff, and ability to provide professional assistance and knowledge on best practices related to Private Security Services.

The selected Vendor will be responsible for providing services in accordance with the scope of services outlined in the proposal.

Special Requirements:

The submittal package shall include the following: three (3) bound copies and one (1) electronic copy (flash drive is preferred method, emails not accepted) of the proposal; one (1) original and three (3) copies of the cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked “Sealed Cost Proposal”; and a signed W-9.

Miscellaneous:

Proposer must be willing to enter into an agreement with the City of Chino Hills. A copy of the agreement accompanies the full RFP. Any exceptions to the standard agreement must be included with the proposal.
