Scope of Services
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit responses from qualified firms to provide general electrical services on an as-needed basis in support of OUC District Cooling chilled water equipment, facilities, and distribution systems. Services may include inspection, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, installation, testing, and related electrical support services necessary to maintain the reliable operation of OUC District Cooling’s chilled water infrastructure. OUC reserves the right to award one or more contracts, in whole or in part, as determined to be in the best interest of OUC.
