Description
The Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office (“City Attorney’s Office”) is soliciting proposals from qualified law firms (“Proposer”, “Firm” or “Outside Counsel”) to assist the City Attorney’s Office with the potential acquisition by the City of Los Angeles, through its Department of Water and Power (“LADWP”), of a Class A office building located in Downtown Los Angeles.

This is an extension to the RFP dated and released on August 29, 2025 (RAMP ID #224829), and firms that submitted a response to that RFP need not resubmit to be considered.
