ADVERTISEMENT FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED BIDS
ARKANSAS STATE GAME AND FISH COMMISSION
Requests for Proposals will be received by the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission at the Little Rock Office for RFP 202609-001 Polk 213 Road Bridge Construction until October 21st, 2026 at 4:30 p.m., Local Time. Responses will be opened at the Little Rock Office at 10:00 a.m., Local Time, October 22nd, 2026. The opening and evaluation process will occur virtually if normal business operations are impacted.
Sites are located on 213 Road in Polk County, Arkansas. (-94.411743°, 34.225729°) & (-94.43246°, 34.193069°). A mandatory pre-bid site visit will need to be conducted by appointment any time from September 7, 2026 - October 2, 2026. This project is under the strict adherence to the “Build America, Buy America” Act. It shall be bid and built according to these standards. For further information, please reference the “INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS, SECTION X, BUILD AMERICA, BUY AMERICA” of the bid specification documents.
