| Description: | The Grand Island Police Department (GIPD) is requesting proposals from qualified construction contractors for a new office space build-out within the existing building at 510 S. Stuhr Rd. (See Exhibit A). The renovations, including a new office buildout inside the current building to allow the current Code Enforcement employees to have dedicated office space in this building along with renovations to better serve the customers who require assistance at the impound, by installing a new customer service window. Other renovations include a new garage door and walk-out door to the building. The project should create a work environment that is modern, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. The firm should provide comprehensive construction services, finishing the project on time and within budget. |
