Project Description: This project involves securing contractor services for routine, preventative, and emergency plumbing and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) repairs. The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for providing comprehensive plumbing and HVAC services, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, installation of new equipment, and emergency repairs.
