· Pre-Bid Meeting: A pre-bid meeting forthis RFP will be held at 10:00 AM on February 21, 2025, at the Amarillo ISD ESC7200 I-40 West Room 223 and followed by site visits.

Opening Date and timefor all RFPs listed above is: 4:00 PM , March 21, 2025

All questions regarding these RFPs must be submitted through Public Purchase by 4:00 PM CST, March 3, 2025.
