RFP # 25251010 Pioneer Park Boat Launch/Parking/Plugins and Peger Road Path

The Northern Region State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities,Division of Preconstruction Services, Design Section is soliciting professional engineering services for professional engineering services to develop the Pioneer Park North Parking Lot, Boat Lauch (FAST), Peger Road bicycle and pedestrian pathway and electrical vehicle charging stations from pre-design through environmental and Final PS&E. The scope of work also includes environmental services and documents, wetland services, 106 services, H&H analysis, ROW and Utility support.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately November 2024 through December2026.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $500,000 and $1,000,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available OCTOBER 15, 2024 , and may be downloaded from our web site at: https://dot.alaska.gov/procurement/awp/awp-rfp-cal.cfm Or the RFP may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at the Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.  Persons residing outside the City of Fairbanks may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 451-2247 or TDD number 711 or 1-800-770-8973. (for Hearing Impaired, requires special equipment).  There is no charge for the RFP package.

FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS IN THE RFP FOR SUBMITTING PROPOSALS: Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received at the address indicated on the RFP no later than NOVEMBER 6, 2024 , 4:00 p.m., prevailing time.

The Northern Region Contracts Section will accept electronic (Zendto) submission of proposals.
