Bid Description:
The Franklin County Natural Resources Conservation District (FCNRCD) seeks proposals from
archaeological/cultural resources consultants (hereafter referred to as “consultant”) regarding a Phase I
Site Identification Survey for a project site on Marsh Brook, located in Franklin, VT, in relation to the
Final Design phase of a proposed stream restoration project overseen by FCNRCD.

Special Instructions:
Submission deadline will be 9/19/2025 at 5 pm. Submissions can be submitted to Lauren Weston
