RFP: PF-JOCC-2025-CR - Central Region Facilities 2025 Job Order Construction Contract

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Proposals for Central Region Facilities 2025 Job Order Construction Contract, Project Number PF-JOCC-2025-CR, will be received before 4:00 p.m., May 21, 2025 at the office of the Chief of Contracts, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contract is for performing maintenance, repair, and minor construction work related to Central Region facilities. The Contractor shall be responsible for both design and construction work.

The anticipated period of performance is one year with up to four (4) one-year option periods. The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 per year.

A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the conference room at the DOT&PF Annex Building at 2200 E. 42nd Ave, Anchorage, AK 99508. Proposal documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
