The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the provision of a qualified offeror(s) in the field of Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Consulting Services for The Northern Virgina Regional Projects Office (NRVPO). Fairfax County agencies who are involved in the PSH initiative(s) may utilize the awarded contract.The initial contract period will be for three (3) years with the possibility of extension based on performance, program needs and funding availability.
