RFP PEER PREVENTION IN COUNTY SCHOOLS

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Separate sealed RFP for Peer Prevention in County Schools will be received by Garland County at the
County Judge's Office, 501 Ouachita Ave., Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901 until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday,
August 5, 2025, at which time the RFP'S received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The opening
will be in room 210 of the Garland County Courthouse.

Outside of the envelope should be marked:

"RFP PEER PREVENTION IN COUNTY SCHOOLS"

RFP forms, specifications and instructions may be obtained at the Office of Judge, Darryl Mahoney
located at 501 Ouachita Avenue, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901.

The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in the bids received, to
evaluate bids, and to accept any bid or bids which, in his opinion, may be in the best interest of the
County.
