Summary:The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from one or more qualified Offerors to establish a contract through competitive negotiation to furnish and provide Payroll Processing Services. The services shall be provided for the Chesapeake Land Bank Authority (CLBA), a public body corporate and political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, or any other public agency or body of the Commonwealth of Virginia desiring to use the resulting contract based on cooperative procurement provisions.
