The City of Rochester Department of Environmental Services Street Design Division is soliciting a Request for Proposals (RFP). The City seeks to enter into a Professional Services Agreement for all the services necessary to support the full implementation of a Pavement Management System (PMS). The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the collection of pavement data; field surveys to assess pavement conditions; and video inventory of streets within the public right-of-way across the City.
The PMS will support pavement project programming and decision-making by utilizing software with advanced analytical capabilities for data-driven planning, prioritization, and future maintenance programming, including integration and capacity to import City’s existing paving history.
In addition, this project may include optional services as budget allows, such as the collection, inventory and condition assessment of other City street assets as described in section 2.0 Draft Scope of Services.
This project is locally funded by the City of Rochester, New York. Project limits include all streets within the City of Rochester, New York, including arterials, collectors, local and residential streets, excluding I-490 and the Inner Loop.
