Description:

The City of Gardner is requesting proposals from vendors with expertise in pavement assessment and pavement management to perform a Pavement Condition Index (PCI) survey to analyze and inventory the existing conditions of all City maintained roadways. In addition to the PCI, the selected firm will develop and furnish a Pavement Management Program to provide recommendations to optimize short-term and multi-year street maintenance and reconstruction projects based on available budget scenarios.

The following scope of services is a general outline, which is not intended to be a comprehensive summary of the required services. The final scope of services shall be agreed upon during the contract negotiations.
