- Summary:The Capital Region Airport Commission is seeking Proposals (as hereafter defined) for the operation of automated retail/specialty vending concession(s) located at the Richmond International Airport to provide additional retail, passenger services and food & beverage concepts to the Commission, which owns and operates the Richmond International Airport, pursuant to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth in or referred to in this Request for Proposals. The expected term of the resulting contract will be five (5) years, with the possibility of two (2) successive one (1)-year extensions, at the sole discretion of the Commission.
