25 012 RFP Passenger Facilities Commercial Cleaning Services

The Kenton County Airport Board (“KCAB”) is soliciting proposals relating to Passenger Facilities, Commercial Cleaning Services for passenger buildings Concourse A and Concourse B, located at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (“CVG”). Proposer may submit a proposal for any or all sections for the buildings outlined in the proposal. However, proposer must submit pricing on all areas included in that section. KCAB will not accept proposals for single buildings/areas. Proposer should factor into its proposal that these are not normal office buildings or industrial facilities. The activities include the movement of millions of people through the facilities. Resulting custodial needs are a part of the normal operation of CVG and must be proposed as such. The provisions described here are intended to provide customer-focused, quality services that produce reliable and suitable conditions for the traveling public and building tenants at competitive costs. Cost containment is a significant area of focus. Quality and costs for services at each facility will be monitored and evaluated on an ongoing basis.
