  The Marin County Office of Equity, a division of the Office of the County Executive , is requesting proposals from qualified organization(s) and consultant(s) for professional services for Cycle 2 of Participatory Budgeting (PB), including the following categories:
  
  • Category #1: Community Engagement Design and Implementation;
  • Category #2: Facilitation of the Participatory Budgeting Committee; and,
  • Category #3: Grant Writing Assistance and Technical Support
  
  Important: Please note that each category has a specific scope of work, eligibility criteria, and budget available. Applicants will need to clearly identify which RFP category they are proposing services for and complete the required proposal information for each of those categories. Applicants can propose services for more than one category.
