RFP #25251028 Parks Highway MP 234-238 Reconstruction & Railroad Realignment

The Northern Region State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Division of Preconstruction Services, Design Section is seeking professional engineering services for design, engineering, environmental, public involvement, and permitting services for the Parks Highway Milepost 234-238 Reconstruction and Railroad Realignment project.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately JUNE 2025 through December2033.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be greater than a $1,000,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available April 15, 2025 , and may be downloaded from our web site at: https://dot.alaska.gov/procurement/awp/awp-rfp-cal.cfm Or the RFP may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at the Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.  Persons residing outside the City of Fairbanks may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 451-2247 or TDD number 711 or 1-800-770-8973. (for Hearing Impaired, requires special equipment).  There is no charge for the RFP package.

FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS IN THE RFP FOR SUBMITTING PROPOSALS: Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received at the address indicated on the RFP no later than MAY 14, 2025 , 4:00 p.m., prevailing time.

The Northern Region Contracts Section will accept electronic (Zendto) submission of proposals.
