The Montgomery County Department of Transportation, Division of Parking Management is seeking to enter into a contract with one (1) or two (2) experienced and qualified firm(s) to provide parking citation processing and collection services, and sales stores management services. Contracts will be awarded by Group and Offerors can submit proposals for either or both Group 1 and Group 2.
