2026-001 RFP: PARK - WALKING TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS The project consists of improvements to an existing asphalt walking trail located within County park complex at Marlene and Main Street in Hartsville, TN. The intent of the project is to improve durability, safety, and accessibility by widening the trail to a total width of ten (10) feet and installing a new asphalt surface over a properly prepared base.
