Project Description: The Parks Maintenance building located at 2715 NW Park Drive in Blue Springs,

Missouri, within Pink Hill Park, serves the Parks and Recreation department for maintenance and repair

needs. The Parks and Recreation department desires a reconfiguration of the office space located in the

maintenance building to improve functional adjacencies and update facilities. The approximate area of

renovation is 2,060 square feet.
