RFP #26-006 Paratransit Operations & Management Services. The PVTA is seeking a qualified contractor to provide operations and management services for its demand-response service programs including the Federally mandated Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) complementary paratransit service and PVTA’s Senior Service (Dial-A-Ride) program in all the twenty-four (24) PVTA member communities, for a period commencing July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031. The Contractor selected for award through this Request for Proposals (RFP) will also assist PVTA in piloting fixed-routes and providing micro-transit services as needed.
