RFP-25-017 PANELIST TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

PURPOSE
The California Arts Council seeks a contractor to strengthen statewide technical assistance capacity for arts organizations while supporting the evaluation, enhancement, and long-term sustainability of panel operations used in grantmaking and program administration.
PROJECT GOAL
The selected contractor will develop scalable training resources, strengthen staff readiness for statewide service delivery, and assess opportunities to improve panel engagement, participation, operational effectiveness, and administrative efficiency.
BUDGET DETAIL
The total contract amount shall not exceed $200,000.
CONTRACT TERM
12 months or 1 year starting as early as the Department of General Services Office of Legal Services approved date.
