Prices are to be submitted on an hourly rate basis for the specified job classifications and equipment. Bidders should be licensed by Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors in one of the following categories: Electrical Work (Statewide), Heavy Construction, or Electrical Transmission Lines.
