Hays County, Texas (“County”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to perform debris removal and disposal in the event of a major disaster event. The County is preparing for future disasters by entering into a pre-event contract for Debris Removal Services. The County will accept proposals from qualified contractors with experience in disaster and debris removal services and the preparation, response, recovery, and mitigation phases of any emergency situation or disaster.
