RFP #1630-03 Owner Portal Software for the Leased Housing Department

The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) is seeking Proposals to provide and implement a software package that will serve an Owner Portal for the Leased Housing Department. The BHA is seeking a web-based software solution that will allow owners of Boston Housing Authority subsidized properties to view important information related to their subsidized tenants and properties, including current and historical payment information, existing family composition, status of pending actions related to leasing and rent determination, inspection scheduling and results information, and year-end tax information.

Proposers responding to this RFP shall submit six (6) copies of their Proposal to:
BHA Contract Office, Ben Liang, Director of Procurement Department,
Boston Housing Authority, 52 Chauncy Street Boston, MA 02111, on or
before September 8th, 2025, no later than 2:00 p.m., by mail or hand delivery.
Each proposal shall be in a sealed envelope marked with the Proposer’s name, address and telephone number. In addition to the six hard copies of the proposal, Proposers shall provide one (1) electronic copy of the non-fee portion of their proposal on USB media. This submission should be in Adobe PDF format. Proposers shall submit the fee and non-fee portions of their proposal under separate cover as further detailed in the RFP.
