25 013 RFP Outbuildings Commercial Cleaning Services

The Kenton County Airport Board (“KCAB”) is soliciting proposals relating to Outbuildings Commercial Cleaning Services for operational, non-passenger buildings, also known as “outbuildings” located at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (“CVG”). Proposer may submit a proposal for any or all sections for the buildings outlined in the proposal. However, proposer must submit pricing on all areas included in that section. KCAB will not accept proposals for single buildings/areas. Proposer should factor into its proposal that some of these areas are not normal office buildings or industrial facilities. The activities within the facilities support the movement of millions of people through the airport. Resulting custodial needs are a part of the normal operation of CVG and must be proposed as such. Cost containment is a significant area of focus. Quality and costs for services at each facility will be monitored and evaluated on an ongoing basis.
