ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS

Project: (RFP2026-02) On-Call Veterinary Services

Owner: Barrow County Board of Commissioners

Sealed proposals will be received by the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, Winder, Georgia, 30680 for on-call veterinary services per scope of work as required by Barrow County Animal Control.

Proposals will be received in the office of the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, County Clerk’s Office at 30 North Broad Street, Winder, Georgia 30680 until 2:00 p.m. local time August 14, 2025.

Any proposals received after said time and date will not be considered by Owner. Proposals will be opened in the Commission Meeting Room on the Second Floor at the above address at 2:00 p.m. local time, August 14, 2025. All proposals will be evaluated and will be awarded, if it is awarded, within 60 days of the proposal opening.

Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Owner. The sealed envelopes containing the proposals must be plainly marked with “RFP2026-02 ON-CALL VETERINARY SERVICES”. If a proposal is forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the proposal must be enclosed in another envelope to the attention of the Owner at the address previously given and also plainly marked as shown above with the applicable RFP number and description.

Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals, to evaluate proposals, and to accept any proposals which, in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the Owner. No proposal will be rejected without just cause.
