(RFP) On-Call Pavement Marking and Striping Services - Annual Contract

Henry County is issuing this solicitation for On-Call Pavement Marking and Striping Services - Annual Contract. Submissions shall be received before 3:00pm on December 16, 2025, via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga . Late submissions will not be accepted.

The Henry County Board of Commissioners is seeking to obtain proposals from qualified consultants to provide On-Call Pavement Marking and Striping Services on an annual contract basis. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. All striping must conform to the “Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices”

Sealed bids will be accepted until 3:00 PM local time on December 16, 2025. Late bids will not be considered nor returned. Bids submitted by mail, common carrier or delivered in person will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, located at 140 Henry Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253. Electronic bids are to be submitted through the County’s eProcurement Portal at ( https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga ). Emailed or faxed bids will not be considered.

Proposals may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
