Henry County is issuing this solicitation for (RFP) 26-23, On-Call Data Center Technical Advisory Services. Submissions shall be received before 3:00pm on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga . Late submissions will not be accepted.

Henry County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional on-call technical advisory services to support Henry County during zoning, development agreement negotiations, site plan review, and technical evaluation of data center proposals. The Consultant will provide expertise in data center design, noise analysis, power infrastructure, cooling systems, energy efficiency, sustainability, water usage, battery systems, emergency planning, and independent review of applicant-submitted technical documents. This service will assist County staff in ensuring data center projects meet County standards and protect long-term public interest. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this RFP.
