This solicitation will be issued through BidNet's Maryland Purchasing Group (https://www.bidnetdirect.com/maryland/montgomerycounty). Montgomery County Government (the County) intends to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor to provide office supplies to the County as outlined herein.

This solicitation is being issued under the LSBRP and, therefore, as defined in the Montgomery County Executive Regulation 2-09, Local Small Business Reserve Program, a broker is not eligible.

Subcontracting is accepted, however, the Local Small Business vendor needs to perform at least 51% measurable work toward the contract and are solely responsible under the resultant contract as the prime.
