Description

The RI Commerce Corporation (Corporation), as the administrative and fiscal agent for the Ocean Tech Hub (OTH), seeks proposals from qualified firms to design, manage, and execute a 401 Ocean Tech Hub Defense & National Security Innovation Challenge (401 OTC) in partnership with the OTH. This initiative will identify, accelerate, and showcase emerging dual-use (commercial and defense) technologies relevant to undersea and maritime defense systems, with a focus on innovations at Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) 5 to 9 and will include a public pitch event where selected finalists will present to an audience of defense contractors, government stakeholders, investors, and domain experts.
