RFP #25-002 - NRH CENTRE DECTRON REPLACEMENT ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

The City of North Richland Hills has a project to replace the Natatorium HVAC dehumidification unit at the NRH Recreation Centre. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials for the removal of a Dectron Unit and all associated equipment. Installation of Desert Aire Model IPD075 unit, or approved equal including the curb adaptor, supply and return ductwork, reconnection, refrigerant, piping, controls, roofing, insulation, etc. for a complete installation. In addition to the dehumidification unit, a new Paddock evacuator bench system or approved equal will also be installed. Installation of the evacuator system shall include all necessary electrical, ducting, curbs, fans, controls, roof penetrations for a complete installation.
