The New Orleans Aviation Board (“NOAB”) is requesting proposals from persons, firms, and teams of firms (“Respondents”) to provide Training & Leadership Development services and Third-Party Performance Audit Services to design and deliver a comprehensive training, leadership development and continuous improvement program for facility services staff and supervisors conducting cleaning operations at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (Airport).
