Pueblo County Community Sponsorship Program
Request for Proposal No. 26-27
Pueblo County, Colorado (the County) invites businesses and organizations to propose
sponsorships of the County's parks, recreation facilities, sports complexes, community events,
and public programs.
Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. MT, October 23, 2026
To be eligible to submit a proposal, all proposal documents must be obtained via email at
purchasing@pueblocounty.us
Proposals may be submitted electronically via email to purchasing@pueblocounty.us.
Delivered proposals shall be in a sealed envelope/container, clearly marked "Request for
Proposal -RFP 26-27, Pueblo County Community Sponsorship Program", and addressed to:

No proposals thatare received after the time and date stated above will be considered, and any
proposals received after the scheduled closing time and date mentioned above shall be returned
to the submitting firm unopened.
Pueblo County will award the contract to a company based on the evaluation criteria contained
in the request for proposal.
