Purpose –
The San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD) seeks experienced professional learning and coaching providers to deliver exceptional instructional, leadership, and organizational learning and practice experiences for Educators, School Leaders, and District Administrators. This partnership will offer Educators and Leaders from pre-kindergarten through Grade 12 innovative methodologies and evidence-based practices to strengthen instructional practices, leadership effectiveness, and organizational outcomes that support student success.
SBCUSD envisions a partnership emphasizing continuous improvement across all levels of the organization. Successful coaching providers will collaborate closely with SBCUSD staff to tailor the focus and goals, providing relevant, engaging, and rigorous professional learning for our Educators, Administrators, and Leaders, including both instructional and leadership coaching aligned with District priorities.
