Organic Waste Processing
The City of Coquitlam is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents to provide Organic Waste Processing services. The purpose of this RFP is to identify a facility where the City can either drop off organic green waste collected from residential curbside pickup or have it hauled to a facility from the City’s temporary offloading site. The selected Proponent will be responsible for accepting, processing, and managing the organic waste

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals and will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the Proponents in preparing a response.
Proposals will not be opened in public.
The City reserves the right to negotiate concurrently with the highest ranked Proponent(s).
Procurement of goods and services are in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the New West Partnership Agreement (NWPTA).
