Time, On Thursday, May 28, 2026 for the Following: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TO PROVIDE AN ONLINE
ACCIDENT REPORT SYSTEM FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, RFP NO. 2026-25
TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to P.L. 2025, c.72, notice is hereby given that beginning January 1, 2026,
the complete text of each legal notice is required to be published by the City of Paterson and may be

Proposers are required to comply with regulations of the "New Jersey Local Public Contract Law"
(N.S.A.40A:11-1 et. Seq.), Affirmative Action Regulations N.J.S.A.10:5-31et Seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27, and
the New Jersey Contractor Business Registration Act N.J.S.A.52:32-44 (P.L.2004, c57).
