Irvine Unified School District (District) requests qualified Vendors/Suppliers to submit proposals for culinary support services as outlined per the RFP Documents, General Conditions, and Special Provisions.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

The District is currently advertising in the Irvine World News and accepting proposals until 11am on July 23, 2026.

It is the Proposer's responsibility to ensure its proposal is delivered and received on time and at the designated location. Any proposals and samples received after the scheduled closing date and time shall not be accepted.

Questions ( RFI’s ) regarding this RFP must be received via email to Veronica Hewitt at veronicahewitt@iusd.org by 11 am on July 10, 2026. Responses will be issued via email and/or website posting.

It is the Proposer's responsibility to notify the District of its interest in this RFP and to monitor this site for any changes, updates, revisions, and/or uploaded documents.

The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. All materials submitted to the District in response to this RFP shall remain the property of the District. The District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this RFP.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Irvine Unified School District of Orange County, California,
acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as “District,” will receive up to, but
not later than, the above-stated proposal deadline, sealed proposals at the place identified above for the
award of a contract for RFP No. 26/27-05NS Culinary Support Services on July 23, 2026 at 11:00am
PT.
Proposal Documents will be made available on July 2, 2026 as a download at
https://iusd.org/about/departments/business-services/purchasing/current-bids-rfps. Bidders will be
responsible for reproducing all documents related to this RFP. All proposals shall be made and
presented on the forms provided in the RFP documents.
Any questions regarding proposal documents must be received via e-mail to the attention of Veronica
Hewitt at veronicahewitt@iusd.org by 11:00am PT on July 10, 2026.
Time is of the essence. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any
irregularities or informalities in any proposals or in the bidding process. The award of the Contract, if
made by the District, will be by action of the Governing Board. No bidder may withdraw any proposal
for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the date set for the opening of the proposals.
