RFP No. DMS-2425-176, Building Automation Systems Services

The State of Florida, Department of Management Services (Department or DMS), Division of Real Estate Development and Management is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish a Contract(s) for building automation systems services for Facilities throughout the State including, but not limited to, the Facilities identified in Attachment C – Facility List. The Department will utilize these Services to maintain the functionality of a Tridium Niagara Building Automation System (BAS). The Services encompass various tasks including hardware installation and configuration, programming, scheduled maintenance such as software updates, troubleshooting, and repairs. Troubleshooting activities may address a range of issues including, but not limited to, controller malfunctions, faulty sensors, programming glitches, communication disruptions, integration challenges, security vulnerabilities, user interface inconsistencies, unresolved alarms, and data logging inaccuracies.
