Description
The Department of Public Works manages the City¿s Paving Program, which operates on a rolling three-year cycle. In addition to paving, the City updates its Pavement Management System (PMS): inventory; assessments, including the Pavement Condition Index (PCI); rehabilitation costs; prioritization; and schedule every three years.
