NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25262009 – Bogard Road Safety and Capacity Improvements Design Support Services

The Contractor shall provide design support services to assist the Contracting Agency with the development of Bid-Ready Construction Documents for the reconstruction of Bogard Rd from its intersection with Trunk Rd to Grumman Circle to upgrade to an arterial highway standard to address safety and capacity issues. Anticipated services are described in the Statement of Services, including Environmental support; Surveying and ROW Mapping; Hydrologic and Hydraulic (H&H) Analysis and Design; Traffic Engineering/Analysis, and Public Involvement.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately September 2025 to October 2033.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be greater than $1,000,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available July 15, 2025 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than August 5, 2025, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
