Project Description: Charleston County is seeking proposals from Offerors established in the business of developing a Landfill Gas to Energy (LFGTE) Project for commercial and beneficial use of landfill gas (LFG) generated at the County’s Bees Ferry Landfill (Landfill).
The goal is to efficiently collect landfill gas, convert it to electricity, and sell the generated power to the grid.
